VP Production Coordinator at DNEG
DNEG’s Virtual Production Department provides a cutting-edge service to clients that helps
them return to the roots of film, allowing filmmakers to see what is being filmed as it happens,
using Virtual Reality, Augmented reality and more.
Virtual production is quickly being adopted by the industry due to its vast benefits, more iterative
workflow and ability to visualise things in a naturalistic way.
We are looking for a talented Production Coordinator, who can coordinate both the Content
Creation & on-set, shoot aspect of our Virtual Production pipelines. You’ll have experience
within long form productions (drama or features) as a Production Coordinator, or even an
experienced Production Assistant looking to make the move up.
Offering support directly to the Production Manager, Producer and department HOD’s you’ll
need to be extremely organised. You’ll be the first point of contact for all on set activities and
logistics, as well as being responsible for the flow of internal information. Tasks include but are
not limited to; support with decks and call sheets, task tracking, arranging travel and
accommodation for staff, recording notes in meetings and distributing accordingly, as well as
overseeing the execution of client deliveries of all temps and finals. From time to time you may
be required to work on-set.

Must-Have
- Established experience within a production role.
- Experience working across multiple projects
- Good understanding of filming and post production processes
- An understanding of different formats of file delivery and storage
- Project management skills
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of games engines like Unreal and Unity.
- On set experience.
- Basic understanding of CG packages like Maya, Max or Blender
- Experience in working with databases, preferably Shotgun
- Knowledge of FTP software
- Knowledge of animation and layout terminology
