Job Information:
The role of a Production Coordinator is to develop, update and maintain digital assets for digital network layouts as well as client branded pieces. Working collaboratively with designers and animators to create branded content. Sourcing feed providers and monitoring existing feeds for maximum up-time will also be a component of the job.

The role will require oversight and coordination for the production of digital ad campaigns. This will include animated ad production and dynamic ads. This position includes working with a sales team, internal creative resources, software department and clients to ensure all campaigns are executed efficiently and accurately.

What you’ll do…

  • Input text and images in our internal content management system
  • Monitor feeds and feed content
  • Test and troubleshoot assets for deployment
  • Provide instructions and storyboard ideas to have new content pieces created
  • Source new feeds, as requested, and evaluate viability
  • Oversee day-to-day coordination of production for advertisements
  • Conduct Quality Assurance checks on ads and proofreading content
  • Communicate with Sales Reps and clients on various campaigns
  • Maintain library of digital assets – docket system
  • Liaise between internal teams to facilitate new requests
  • Support the team by completing other duties as required

Who you are…

  • 1-2 years’ project management experience
  • Experience in a professional environment corresponding with external clients
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with content management system preferred
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Extremely organized and competency to follow existing docket structures
  • Ability to shift focus and keep multiple projects moving forward to meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Background in art, animation, programming or digital advertising, considered an asset
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Skilled at writing instructions and conveying ideas clearly for others to execute
  • Understanding how to draw the best out of others and give constructive feedback
  • Training in layout and design considered an asset
  • French language abilities considered an asset
