Job description
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Preparation of windows, doors and ancillaries to a high quality standard in preparation for painting
- To operate in line with the standard operating procedures and work instructions whilst maintaining targets
- Maintain a safe working environment and actively support the continuing development of a safe culture.
- To support a culture of continuous improvement
- Resolving production queries as and when required
Required Skills & Experience:
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to understand and follow work instruction.
· A self-motivated individual with a ‘can do’ approach to their work.
· Experience working with PVCu and/or Aluminium advantageous.
· Demonstrate strong team working skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work to high standards and tight deadlines and achieve targets.
· A willingness to undertake further training with the ability to implement learning into your daily work.
· Reliable.
· Good timekeeping.
· Health and safety conscious.
Hours of work are shifts Monday - Thursday 6.00am - 2.30pm and Friday 6.00am - 1.30pm and Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
