Job description
As a Production Assistant you will be reporting to the VFX Leadership team and working closely with them for the benefit of the whole production team, you will be supporting that team with administration, coordination of tasks, and supporting other projects as needed for the development and success of the Jellyfish VFX team and their exciting Film & TV projects. An understanding of the industry is required, and basic understanding of VFX pipeline is beneficial.
- Provide administrative support for your assigned department, making sure that tasks are completed within the timeframe given, to budget.
- Keep track of day budget to assure budget and schedule are respected.
- Escalate any issues which may affect day to day project or production deadlines your line manager or project lead.
- Act as a liaison for all activities relating to assigned production(s).
- Provide administrative support to the producer, and the production in general.
- You may be requested to create and/or maintain elements of production schedules as directed by Producer.
- Maintain distribution and contact lists for wider team.
- Support with communication and company messaging.
- New Hire coordination and set up with Key stake holders to support inducting new team.
- Note taking in meetings when required.

Requirements
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills, and solid interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and follow through in a multi-tasking environment.
