Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, forward thinking and well organised individual to join the successful Email Marketing team to help ensure the smooth running of email production and execution. The successful applicant will also be responsible for running the production of other marketing materials such as printed literature, subscription renewals and any other literature as required by the business.

Email is the largest sales channel within the business and is also the way the business as a whole communicates with our entire customer base, so it's vital all communications are sent out to the highest standards. This position, reporting to the Head of Email Marketing, is a pivotal role in ensuring our email activity achieves its targets for the year.

Main responsibilities:
- Working with the wider email marketing team to ensure all marketing activity goes out to customers accurately, on time and to the highest standard possible.
- Be the 'go to' for marketing production based queries from any department or stakeholder.
- Proofing/writing/editing copy for activity.
- Building emails within the Salesforce Marketingcloud email platform working with html and email content builder system.
- Working with the Design department and the email marketing team to create imaginative, engaging emails with a view to meeting targets for each activity.
- Ensure all activity is proofed thoroughly and goes out accurately and on time.
- Working with various departments to ensure subscription renewals are sent out accurately and on time.
- Purchasing print for the business as a whole.
- Working on any miscellaneous marketing projects across channels.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years marketing experience would be preferential but not essential for the individual with the right capability and attitude.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Highly organised with an ability to analyse and report efficiently.
- An eagerness to learn and ability to develop skill sets.
- A positive, glass-half-full person.
