Let's cut out the waffle and give you the details:
- Assist the Production Manager with a range of pre-production activities including posting casting calls, location scouting, sourcing crew, sourcing assets, creating call sheets and risk assessments.
- Assist with Post Production activities such as submitting adverts to regulators and gathering substantiation documents.
- Creating proposals for new business and supporting the sales team in pitches.
- Where necessary, be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are in the loop and aware of project progress.
- Attend project meetings with the Production Manager and take detailed notes to write up post-meeting, including forward actions for the client and production team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- Assist any members of crew, talent or clients with any task whilst on set.
- Submit TV Ads for clearing and delivery to the relevant TV channels.
To become a Forker, you'll need:
- Demonstrative experience in organising events and or projects with multiple elements
- Experience working with differing levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong work ethic, and a passion for video production
- Self-motivated, confident and hard-working with keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We see the below experience as beneficial:
- Knowledge of full video production cycle
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall workflows
- 1+ years' Experience in fast-paced agency, preferably media or marketing
