The Recruitment Group on the lookout for Production Assembly Operator to join our well-established client based in Shepshed - LE12 9NH. About the role: As a Production Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for: . Assembly of electrical motors. . Installation of copper coils and insulation. . Assisting in the test bay. . Packing finished products for shipment or storage. . Working in the goods out department. . Coil winding. . Using hand tools & drills. . Maintain a clean and organised working area. Pay: Hourly rates start at ?11 per hour. Benefits: . Temp to perm with further career progression available for the right candidate. . Free onsite car parking. . Overtime available at a premium rate. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4.30pm About You: Previous electrical/assembly operative experience is required. Good co-ordination of hand and eye movements is necessary to produce quality products. As the ideal Production Assembly Operator, you will be able to work well as part of a team or on your own.
