What’s the purpose of this role?

  • Key member of the production assembly team
  • Provide general warehouse and operations support where required

What would your responsibilities include?

  • Machine Assembly - Building machinery with the rest of the production team according to weekly production requirements
  • Restocking shelves/assembly stations - Assisting with keeping the production flow moving at all times, preparation for the next machine by restocking the necessary components
  • Processing and picking components for assembly - In conjunction with above task, as well as processing new component stock received from suppliers
  • Clean-up - Shared responsibility for keeping the work area clean, tidy and clutter free to allow the production flow to continue unhindered
  • Goods in - Assistance with receiving goods in where required and checking against delivery notes
  • Packing bolt kits - Assist with packing bolt kits in preparation for assembly as required
  • Operations/Warehouse support - General assistance with other operational and production tasks as required

Reports to: Operations Manager - UK

Office Location: Kilmarnock, Scotland

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £27,000.00 per year
