Job Description
A great new role for a Production Assembly Manager has come in for a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality products based in Northampton. To manage a team of assemblers in a new production area within the fast growing organisation.
What will the right person look like?
The ideal candidate for the Production Assembly Manager role must have previous experience managing, leading and developing teams in a manual assembly environment.
What will you be doing?
- Managing Production staff including team leaders and production engineers
- Ensuring all Works Orders completed in the agreed timescales
- All teams properly resourced and trained
- PI and or stock counts scheduled and maintained within the Factory environment
- Management of the layout, organisation, and efficient use of space
- Efficient and effective planning, resourcing, and allocation of forward workload
Hours/Salary/Benefits
The Production Assembly Manager will work Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. Salary £45,000 to £47,000 dependent on experience. Bonus Scheme up to 15% of annual salary!
