Job description
Production and Logistics Planner
We are a steel stock holder based in Huncoat, Accrington looking for a production and logistics manager. The role entails;
- Effective planning of production for three machines.
- Plan the transport for four vehicles.
- Manage drivers.
- Communicate and plan effectively with other managers.
- Stock control.
- All legal, administrative and health and safety tasks to be completed in relation to the maintenance of the machines, warehouse and vosa requirements for the vehicles.
The successful candidate must;
- be very well organised
- be highly motivated
- have excellent communication skills
- have excellent attention to detail
- be computer literate
Monday to Friday - 40 hours.
Must start at 06.30am on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Other days flexible around 08.00-17.00 to suit the job role.
Class 2 licence preferred.
