We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and motivated individual to join our small team making and packing jewellery.

Responsibilities:
- Hand-making our beaded jewellery, including use of various tools and the engraving machine.
- Preparing and packing customer orders to the highest of standards.
- Assist with daily operations such as inventory management, fulfilment of orders, customer service and packaging restock.
- Confident use of a computer and learning new software.
- Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed goals.
The Individual:
- We are looking for a passionate and eager individual, with a strong motivation to learn and work efficiently as part of our team.
- The candidate must be experienced in a high pace working environment and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure our jewellery is made to exceptional standards.
- They should be well organised, with a positive attitude and a clear ability to use their initiative.
- We encourage our team members to express their individuality by styling Tomm Jewellery in their own way and sharing these ideas with our customers. This means that a love for our product is vital!
- Full training is provided, but prior experience working with your hands in intricate detail is required (this can be any relevant experience and is not limited to jewellery making, nor does it have to be employment based – for instance, any hobbies such as sewing).
