Tradebe are looking for a Production Administrator which will be split between Ellesmere Port and Knowsley. It will be 2 days at one sites and 3 days at another.
To work as a team with the site management and operational personnel carrying out site administrative tasks and SAP-based processes for site waste receipt management. To liaise closely with the Central Customer Services function to ensure smooth and efficient operation. To strive for complete customer satisfaction.

The person:
· Good Communications Skills.
· Use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
· Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
· Experience of SAP
· Previous administrative experience.
· Experience in the waste industry, both hazardous and non-hazardous is desirable.
· Experience of waste legislation: consignment notes, EWC codes, permit & SIC numbers etc is desirable.
The role:
· Liaise with operations, compliance, sales and customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Liaise with existing clients and 3rd parties to fulfil customer requirements.
· To carry out the administration of site SAP requirements.
· To carry out operational, production and engineering administration needs, such as ordering of materials and maintaining the site SAP system.
· To ensure that customers’ requirements are met by providing the pivotal link between central customer services, group transport and site operations.
· To assist with the maintenance and control of the site management systems, to include document control, preparation of data and attending reviews where necessary.
· To log NCRs, and to assist in their resolution, completing & filing NCR documents, liaising with relevant personnel.
· To assist in the preparation of SHEQ data for quarterly/annual reviews.
· To ensure that customers requirements and environment agency data requirements are met (e.g. tracking waste movements for TFS, preparing data for accurate submissions).
