Job description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Senior Production Administrator, the Production Administrator is responsible for assisting production with planning and scheduling of works orders and sales orders and other daily production related tasks.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Day to day sales order processing

· Raising works orders.

· Liaising with various departments UK & CZ

· Raising purchase orders

· Liaise with sales offices and internal departments regarding order updates, like delays/ changes to acknowledged dispatch dates etc

· Customer requests for improved delivery.
