Seeking multiple candidates for immediate hire. Temp, part-time role.
FYI (https://fyi.me) is an innovative new messaging and productivity app for creatives. Our goal is to be the ultimate collaboration tool for artists, content creators and professionals working in the creative fields. Founded by veterans in the tech and entertainment industry, with offices in London, UK and Los Angeles, USA.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
FYI is searching for entry-level product analysts to assist with product testing, product research, user research, and other product development tasks. Analysts will gain hands-on experience in software product development, contribute to a growing, fast-paced tech startup, and learn skills that are valuable for success in the tech industry.
Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, eager to make an impact, and demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This role requires in-office work (NOT remote or hybrid) for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Candidates must be able to come into the FYI office during regularly scheduled shifts. For example, you may choose to come in every Monday-Thursday between 11am-5pm for a total of 24 hours per week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assist the product and engineering team in quality assurance testing, finding bugs and other areas for improvement, in order to maintain excellent product quality
· Become a power user of the FYI app and become knowledgeable in all its features
· Interact with customers and help with troubleshooting customer issues
· Interact with potential clients to explain product features and be a positive representative of our brand
· Update and contribute to product documents
· Learn how to use JIRA and Zendesk to document and track product features
· Attend team meetings or functions
· Be willing to help with other tasks as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Must own an iPhone or Android phone for product testing
· Entry-level position suited to a graduate/Intern or a candidate with 1-2 years experience in a relevant field
· Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-directed and able to work independently if needed.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Analytical skills.
· Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
· Strong interest in technology, app or product development.
· Coding/engineering experience not required but helpful.
Salary: Basic Salary
