The Role: Product Specialist – Summer Intern
The Location: London, United Kingdom
The Team: The team is responsible for the overall growth of the business through high customer satisfaction and engagement with customers. Responsibilities:
Supporting Sales Team in product pitches (leading product presentations and demos, working with support teams to support prospects during trials, proposal development and support in contract reviews)
Information channel to product management (connecting clients and product team via feedback on existing products, suggestions for new products or enhancements)
Assisting with Lead Generation with ETF Issuers
Helping prospects answer questions through the trial process
What We’re Looking For:
Must be a ‘problem solver’ who is comfortable working with teams to get answers for customers and then communicating them
Preferred background in Finance, Economics or Mathematics
Highly motivated, self starter attitude
Preferably able to use SQL
French, Spanish, German or Italian language skills is highly desirable
