Job Purpose

ICE Data Connectivity and Feeds, Inc., a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange Inc., is looking for a Product Specialist to join our Feeds & Desktop Content team based in London. The ICE Consolidated Feed & Desktop products are global in scope and serve a broad section of the financial services industry.

The selected candidate will work with the Product Management team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management & enhancement of the suite of content feeding into the ICE Consolidated Feed & Desktop products. They will have a broad remit requiring the successful candidate to; become a subject matter expert across the covered datasets & products, manage projects, workflows, and processes across a range of internal groups, as well as engaging with external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for content offered via the Consolidated Feed & Desktop Products.
  • Execute on the established product roadmap and go-to-market plans set out by the product management team.
  • Track and manage complete project lifecycles, as well as ongoing priority queues, and communicate progress.
  • Work with global teams from across the business to optimize internal processes.
  • Liaise with development and QA teams to deliver new content, product enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive offerings, and solicit regular feedback on suitability, challenges, and suggestions for enhancement to the content sets through conversations with client facing teams.
  • Support commercial teams in strategic client engagement and retention activities.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Product / Content Specialist or as a Business Analyst or similar role within the financial market data space.
  • Understanding of financial markets, data across asset classes and it
  • s use by financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of market data feeds, both normalized and native
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to supervise, organize, prioritize workload and work on numerous projects/tasks at one time.
  • Ability to work with technical teams (QA and development) as well as sales, client support teams and end users.
  • Software: MS Office, experience with jira would be beneficial.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
