A role you will love
As the Product Specialist, you’ll be responsible for assisting in implementing and managing new products and maintaining the strategic advantage and positioning of current products for the assigned Product Family.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in all phases of Product development, implementation, and ongoing management
- Interface with various inter and intra business units as needed – technology, operations, front office, sales, clients, finance, and marketing
- Maintain product roadmaps; you may participate in meetings with strategic customers/partners; conduct market research and customer feedback; document and track new product development efforts throughout the organization
- Assist the Product Manager on developing communications and training materials for new or enhanced products
- Create specifications for product design in conjunction with the Product Manager
- Co-ordinate development and deployment effort for products
- Development and maintenance of Product Matrix for the respective products
- Assist in performing cost/benefit analysis for existing and new product offerings
- Contribute to proper handling of legal, audit, compliance, risk, and privacy concerns
- Analyze, design, and document requirements
- Facilitate client specific projects by coordinating directly with the client on gathering of requirements, testing and deployment
What will you bring to the role?
The Product Specialist is an experienced and highly skilled contributor capable of independently handling complex projects, with a very good understanding of the organization, the industry, its products, and client base, as well as a solid knowledge of providing business solutions.
You’ll also need:
- Experience working in the transfer agency industry
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- Proven project management skills
- Experience leading and coordinating projects
- Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage your own flexible working schedule, including the ability to attend occasional meetings outside of business hours to accommodate working with global teams
Bonus points if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Commerce, Arts, etc.)
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar Product related role
- Experience writing product proposals or other formal business documentation

Compensation. $62,634 - $93,951 USD per year, depending on experience.
