E-commerce Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for community risk management, including prohibited and restricted products, counterfeit, IPR related areas.
- Responsible for buidling up the commodity risk control process, such as moderation, recall, sample testing, and working closely with the product team & the tech team to optimize the enforcement system efficiency.
- Gather and analyze the enforcement data to understand and improve team's efficiency and quality of work.
- Responsible for educating sellers on enforcement policies and improving their experience.
- Monitor the critical data at the merchant enrollment and product listing stage, proactively address the problem and continuously monitor the ROI of safety control to improve the overall credibility for e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 4 years of experience with 3+ years of hands on and in-depth experience on e-commerce governance strategies is a must
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent coordination skills and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to build plans and projects
- Familiar with UK E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness
