We are The Boot Repair Company, we repair, refurbish, and recondition used footwear and return it to saleable condition. We have recently obtained several contracts with high profile footwear brands and are in a period of rapid growth as we look to springboard off our recent success. We are looking for enthusiastic and versatile staff members to join our fantastic team.
As we grow, we will look to promote internally, and create new opportunities for staff who excel with us, in many areas – from customer service to shoe repair.
Job Description: Product Photographer (Temp)
Responsibilities
Photographing products for our clients, ensuring that the images meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
Working closely with our team to ensure that deadlines are met, and projects are completed on time.
Making adjustments to images as necessary, such as cropping, resizing, colour correction and Photoshop editing
Participating in team meetings to discuss new projects and to provide feedback on completed work.
Qualifications
Attention to detail is essential.
Prior experience in photography is certainly preferred, but not required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of photography equipment and software is an asset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others is important.
This position is full time (although we can accommodate part time) The role is temporary with the potential to become permanent in the future. If you have a passion for photography and a desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, then we would love to hear from you.
The employee will report directly to the Admin Manager and General Manager.

- Be polite and friendly to all our colleagues and customers.

- Don’t be afraid to ask questions in order to learn tips, tricks, and methods from colleagues.
- To listen and respond appropriately to feedback from colleagues whether this be a complaint, comment, or compliment and if it cannot be dealt with immediately, ensure it is reported immediately to a member of the management team.

Expected start date: 24/04/2022
Hours: 39 Hours a week – 8:15 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:15 – 14:15 Friday
The role may include the potential of optional overtime on evenings and weekends.
