Job description
- Prioritise & manage Product backlog.
- Collect end-user feedback & incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.
- Manage product roadmap & release planning.
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Set sprint objectives.
- Plan & schedule releases & upgrades
- Develop business requirements into epics, stories & features.
- Manage Sprint cadence sessions in co-ordination with Project Management Office
- Input to effective testing strategies to ensure testing is robust and documented.
- Demonstrate Product progress at sprint retrospective.
- Track competitive Products & industry trends.
- Regularly communicate progress with Stakeholders
- Support Digital & Business Transformation process evolution
- Create training material, organise and host lunch & learn sessions.
- Work with project stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure project delivery meets stakeholder expectations.
- Assist project teams with effective Agile, Scrum & DevOps practices.
- Any other duties as required by the Business Transformation Manager.
- BSc/ BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Agile (DSDM) Foundation, Lean Practitioner, Scrum Product Owner
- Knowledge of Software Development
