We’re looking for a Product Owner in the eDiscovery Crew to:
- have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Owner in one of the agile pods providing solutions and processes around eDiscovery, Compliance & Investigations
- deeply understand the needs of our eDiscovery and Compliance & Investigations clients, act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
- be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our stakeholders through the delivery of eDiscovery and Compliance & Investigations solutions, while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
- mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients
- motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
- define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance

Your expertise
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- strong expertise in writing user stories based on stakeholder needs and priorities
- deliver complex products to customers, ideally within the eDiscovery and Compliance & Investigation area
- setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as a product road map
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- experience with eDiscovery and Investigations products preferred
