What will you be doing?
You will be an integral part of the Digital operating model for Consumer UK and Enterprise. You will support and drive the performance of digital platforms and embed digital approaches to marketing and communications.
You will be supporting platform development, managing the existing platform performance aswell as evolving the channel. You will support development and manage the lifecycle of digital services working closely with key senior stakeholders including Journey Owners in order to understand, manage and ensure the platform is configured to meet business needs.
You will be a source of subject matter technical expertise in relation to your digital platform ownership and you will support advise and guide a variety of internal stakeholders during various stages of channel management to ensure successful testing, implementation, sales, and operational support are achieved prior to optimisation or launch.
You will be responsible for idea generation and performance and capability of your platform whilst also comparing other competitors platform performance in the market and working with Technology teams and other stakeholders to research and evaluate new technologies, industry trends, and best practices highlighting capabilities, enhancements, benefits, ROI estimates, transition proposals, risk and resource estimates in preparation to gain sponsorship and approval to evolve our service.
You will act as an important interface into delivery teams and Service Design and UX teams to ensure our journeys, processes and product is best in class for launch. You will also provide subject matter expertise to Journey Owner/segments or Service Designers to discuss and agree strategic initiatives, whilst also being responsible for the existing and future digital platform performance, profitability, customer experience.

Who are we looking for?
Experience in product management, digital channel management,or digital applications- Previous experience in software development and platform management
- Digital platform Ownership
- Experience of driving strategy and delivery in a digital environment
- Previous experience and exposure working in large complex organisations
- Strong Commercial knowledge
- Experience of working in matrixed, agile environments
