Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday
Following continued growth and success of our ‘FMG’ business we are now looking for an additional Product Owner to join the team and make an impact. The Product Owner will be an integral part of our Agile software development team, primarily acting as a liaison between the development team and our stakeholders. You’ll be critical to ensuring that the product being developed meets the needs and expectations of both customers and the business.
You don’t need deep technical knowledge to be successful in this role though a solid understanding of Scrum methodologies and agile principles will be key. We’d love to hear from experienced Product Owners looking to join a transformational business, or Project/Product Managers who have worked extensively with software development teams in delivering products.

About you
- First and foremost experience working directly in a product ownership or product management role would be a clear advantage
- You’ll have sound, practical Agile and Scrum experience ideally having worked in agile teams and successfully delivered products using Scrum principles.
- You will be dealing with a range of stakeholders in this role so outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills are essential
- You may have a technical background or at least a strong grasp of software development processes
- Any experience with guiding and mentoring teams in agile practices would be advantageous to contribute to the overall success of the organization's agile transformation
