We’re looking for a talented product owner to join our team in Birmingham and lead key development initiatives in our Fusion 360 product. Candidates with a background in the manufacturing or CAM space would receive priority.
As a product owner, you would be working with Product Management & Experience Design to collect and prioritise user requirements. You would then work within a scrum team to produce working software to meet these requirements, helping the team to course-correct on the way. You’ll be expected to engage directly with customers via product forums and site visits.

Responsibilities

Lead feature development decisions, prioritization, and execution.

Research, analyse and generate requirements to address user needs in Fusion 360 CAM.

Work with XD, Product Management and your team closely to implement those solutions based on the requirements you defined.

Collaborate and work with global teams to be part of a wide and powerful platform.

Collect and respond to customer and stakeholder feedback, appropriately adjusting future scope, timing, and priority of deliverables.

Plan sprints, develop the backlog, create user stories, participate in the Agile development cycle.

You will be the evangelist for your team, driving awareness, understanding metrics, and course correcting as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

The ability to drive clear decisions and proactively communicate with all stakeholders

Being a team player and a collaborative person by nature

Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating at all levels of interaction

Being a self-starter and take initiative, able to take high level direction and drive teams towards execution

Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
-
Familiarity or background in the manufacturing space.

Real-world experience with Autodesk software/tools
-
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in an Engineering field or with related business experience
-
2 years as a Product Manager/Owner in the technology and/or manufacturing industry.
