Economies around the globe are moving towards Real Time Payments (RTP), bringing substantial innovation and modernization to payments, alongside open banking and crypto. There is an increasing demand for the provision of real-time payment services across every region of the world, adding trillions of dollars in payments volume globally on an annual basis. To drive successful adoption, RTP infrastructures are supported by value added services across the entire payments value chain and all use cases, and this is where Visa comes in.
You will join the global RTP Risk Solutions product team, who design and build state of the art advanced AI products to help Financial Institutions detect and prevent fraud & scams in real-time payments. This is a key strategic growth pillar for Visa to address rising market demand to support new and emerging payment flows.
As part of the team, you will work closely with the Product Operations Lead and Product Managers to ensure that our products and services are implemented to the highest standards. You will work with a wide number of global teams, fostering effective relationships that enable new and innovative ways to use unique data that enhances our products and protects payments, whilst also ensuring our product operations is best-in-class.

Support the execution of the RTP Risk Solutions product roadmap:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand new and existing product use-cases, data requirements, and data sources.
- Support the end-to-end product governance process, working with legal, compliance and data privacy teams as necessary, to ensure products are fit for purpose and are aligned with Visa’s standards and client contracts.
- Ensure data security and data privacy is maintained at all stages of product delivery.
- Collaborate with our Product and global Client Services teams to develop and maintain best-in-class client experience for our products.
- Design and conduct analysis of new and existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation for a range of internal and external stakeholders, including client-facing materials, global marketing collateral and RFP responses.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational effectiveness of our products and client experiences. Identify and deliver improvements to operational efficiencies.
- Support the Product Operations Lead with the day-to-day running of Product team functions, including product & programme governance and change management.
- Strong business or product analyst skillset with a passion to quickly understand business and technical requirements & challenges, and work with global teams to find pragmatic solutions.
- Experience of working in a regulated industry, preferably within financial services, having hands-on experience in co-ordinating projects and products that involve data privacy and data protection regulation considerations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience at analysing and documenting new and existing cross-functional business processes.
- Experience with collaborating and co-ordinating multiple global teams, including business & Client Service operations, risk & compliance functions, and technology teams.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience of producing and managing a wide variety of product collateral for internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Passion for operational effectiveness, using excellent analysis skills to develop, monitor and enhance the product operating model.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A broad understanding of modern technical concepts such as artificial intelligence, APIs, cloud computing and encryption. Although this is not a technical role, having an interest in contemporary technology tools would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work across levels, regions, cultures, and languages, and engage successfully with both technical and business partners.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
