Job Description:

As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of Kuinji's products and services. Working closely with our Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales teams, you'll shape our message to the market and drive adoption and engagement. With an exciting product roadmap, this role is critical to our next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives that increase awareness, discoverability, consideration, and adoption of Kuinji products by the Investor network.

Define and measure success metrics across launch, growth, and adoption initiatives, and continuously iterate to maximize results using research and data.

Create the value proposition, positioning, and messaging frameworks, and empower internal teams to effectively communicate our products through workshops, role play, and supporting resources.

Articulate the product portfolio across all marketing channels, including our website, sales enablement collateral, and CRM communications.

Build the foundation of our product marketing content, including sales enablement materials, guides, articles, blogs, emails, and videos.

Work with the Product team to improve our product offerings by closely monitoring our competitors, mapping our position in the market, and identifying areas for growth.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations, Strategy, and Finance to optimize product pricing and bundling by contributing regular market intelligence and analysis.

Qualifications:

Experience in Product Marketing in a B2B SaaS space.

Proven success developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong ability to understand customer needs and drive data-informed experimentation plans.

Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills.

Creative problem-solving skills and ability to distill complex ideas into actionable roadmaps.

Growth mindset and passion for creating amazing customer experiences.

Comfortable with content creation, copywriting, and working on high-level brand campaigns.

Excited about working in a fast-paced startup and contributing to rapid growth.

Interest in venture capital and investor needs, and current market trends.

Salary: £61,329.00-£65,589.00 per year
