W&FJ Product Marketing Intern
Location: London Headquarters, UK
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Contract: Full-time and temporary position (4 months).
Your role @Chanel:
- As part of the Watch & Fine Jewellery Division within the most creative and inspiring Maison, you will report to the Marketing Manager, working in collaboration with both the wider W&FJ team and the retail teams.
- You will assist the Marketing team by focusing on the product launch plan and carrying out day to day operational Marketing tasks.
- A willingness to learn quickly, be proactive and a strong attention to detail will be key to success in this role.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
Product Marketing
- Create PowerPoints with great detail using content provided by Marketing team around product launches.
- Support the Marketing Manager by creating a calendar listing the yearly product launches.
- Come up with ideas on how we can engage our Retail teams on new product launches.
- Track competition focusing on new launches and existing lines, pricing and categories, comparing to CHANEL.
- Operationally manage assortment on CHANEL.com, e-Retail websites and wholesale according to bestsellers and stock levels.
- Support on special projects, as needed (product trainings, staff engagements, training on events and others).
- Responsible for organising meetings and booking rooms for Marketing related meetings
Retail Support
- Support the sales team by providing product information and effective tools to assist in reaching objectives.
- Conduct regular visits across W&FJ and Fashion boutiques to ensure all staff is correctly trained on new launches.
- Collate feedback from sales teams and Head Office regarding new product launches and performance to share with Global.

- Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English, accurate spelling, grammar, and numeracy skills.
- The will and desire to learn at pace, on the job, and complete your work to the high standards of the brand.
- The courage to ask questions, no matter how small, to ensure your understanding is complete and you are set up for success.
