Job description
We’re looking for an Product Marketing Contractor. You will champion Deliveroo’s most valuable customers, supporting the creation of marketing strategies, go to market plans and product launches. You will, day-to-day collaborate with the Loyalty, Central Marketing and Local Marketing and Product teams, and will play a central role in driving emotional engagement and long-term value amongst our target audience. Being organised and proactive will be critical in our fast paced, data-driven and highly cross functional business.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and execute the end to end go-to-market strategies for Loyalty initiatives including marketing campaigns and product feature launches.
- Support the creation of marketing campaigns, working with local marketing teams. Manage the creative development from briefing agencies to execution. All with the purpose to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
- Deeply understand our target audience and the drivers of emotional and long term loyalty to inform and create future marketing campaigns
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, operations, legal and analytics to ensure seamless project or campaign execution.
- Monitor, analyse and share post campaign and feature performance, providing regular updates and insights to the team and wider stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in go-to-market activities, project management or marketing
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Braze
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the aptitude to build and maintain effective relationships at various levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, generate insights and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Contract length: 3 months
Salary: £160.00-£350.00 per day
