Are you an engaging Technical Product Marketing Manager who knows how to cut though the noise to position a product in its best light? Help us boost the SEON rocketship as we assemble our team of fraud-fighting heroes
You will be playing an integral part in our marketing team alongside cross-functional GTM teams to ensure SEON remains one of the leading fraud prevention solutions.
Sitting between product managers, product marketing and marketing, your first priority will be copywriting to help create technically-focused content for our Docs, Knowledge Base and Technical Q&As.
As a second priority, you will support marketing and content teams with content for specific use cases.
You will support product marketing strategy and execution. Leading on positioning, messaging, segmentation, launch comms and driving activation and adoption for our sales-led motion and self-boarded users.
Our customers range from self-board SME, to MM, to Enterprise level clients. Ability to understand and tailor different communication experiences to this broad range of audiences is required.
What you'll do:
- Documentation & technical writing - this role requires our PMM to be closely embedded with the product org creating interactive product walk-throughs and help write and review our product documentation that is a key part of our customer's success in getting the value from SEON.
- Product launches & pricing strategy - Own, plan and manage the launch of SEON product & capabilities aligned with the go-to-market strategy; play an integral part in the cross-functional implementation of those plans across sales, marketing and product. Work with the product, operations, sales & marketing teams to launch and support the introduction of new capabilities as well as pricing and packaging.
- Go-to-market strategy - Support the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy for the SEON platform covering fraud, Anti-Money Laundering and financial crime
- Messaging and positioning - Help build the strategy and positioning of SEON's solutions and their value to our core industry verticals and the key personas within them.
- Fraud subject matter expert - Serve as the fincrime and fraud domain expert who understands the market, the personas and the wider role fraud, AML and data plays inside an organisation
- Customer success & lifecycle - The role will also require working closely with other teams to focus on the customer's lifecycle and how customers get the value from the SEON platform, onboard and adopt effectively and adopt SEON across their whole organisation.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Actively engage and join the dots across marketing, product, sales, operations, customer success and others to play an integral part of SEON's go-to-market strategy globally.
- Creation of content - Work closely with our content and creative teams to build the next generation of SEON content assets, messaging, presentations, whitepapers, web content etc.
- Strong presentation skills - the ability to be SEON's evangelist on webinars, with analysts and the press, internally for enablement and in the written word on social media, blogging etc.
- Enablement - Work closely with our sales enablement and learning & development teams to help enable SEON's employees but also our partners and customers on the full value of SEON.
What you bring:
- Experience in software product marketing experience specifically in SaaS
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS products and SaaS landscape
- Understanding of financial services industry
- Experience of managing a team
- Excellent written and communication skills
- The ability to turn features and functions into clear, strong messages and creative that resonate with a wide variety of audiences externally and internally.
