DigiCert owns and operates the brands of DNS Made Easy and Constellix which are known as the industry leaders in the DNS industry. This role would be focused on working with these brands and the new brands that are part of DigiCert's DNS businesses.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a mid-level product marketing professional with experience in the enterprise networking market. You will work with the Director of Product Marketing to define and refine messaging for our managed authoritative DNS and performance monitoring offerings. As part of our high-performance product marketing team, you will work closely with peers in product management, marketing, and sales to drive traction with enterprise customers.

You pride yourself on being a reliable teammate and expect others to be the same. You pay attention to detail and are organized with a natural ability to balance long term initiatives and ad-hoc requests.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Translate technical product details into value-based messages
- Create buyer personas to understand their journeys and jobs to be done
- Tell stories using blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, and other formats
- Understand market trends and competitors
- Manage search engine optimization for dnsmadeeasy.com
- Write and test copy for email campaigns targeting multiple market segments and industries
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 3+ years b2b product marketing experience
- 5+ years b2b demand/lead generation experience in enterprise IT or cybersecurity
- A demonstrated passion and ability for content creation
- A habit of simplifying complex topics into concise and compelling messages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires occasional consensus-building
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP and DNS
- Technical background is a big plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), [DNSME CMS here], and [DNSME MOPS here]
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
