We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Sales and Marketing department on a 3-month fixed term contract. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
In this role you will lead the launch of our products to market. You will be responsible for presenting our product in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.
To be successful in this position you will have previous experience in a similar role within a marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage product launches and develop the product marketing strategy
- Identify unique selling points that set the product apart from the rest in the market
- Create compelling product marketing messages across all channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
- Assist with defining the value statement and develop the sales and marketing collateral to support them
- Plan and participate in the launch of new products and services in the company
- Identify target audience and develop buyer personas
- Create email databases for lead generation, and design and implement direct email marketing campaigns in line with key product messaging and target audience
- Perform surveys and gather customer feedback to obtain insights about the customer’s product usage and identify opportunities for case studies
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work with multiple teams and departments across the business
- Good understanding of using content management systems. Hubspot is a plus
- Experience in email marketing and automation
- 4 yrs+ of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create engaging copy and capture unique stories that help sell more products
- Excellent market research skills and the ability to gain insight into the customers’ needs and experiences
- Accurate analytical skills for evaluating and discovering effective marketing strategies
- A keen eye for detail
