Canon Europe are looking for an administrator to join the product marketing team and become a key member in facilitating successful team operations. This team are responsible for OPP products – Office and personal products.
Our team are based at our state-of-the-art EMEA HQ in Uxbridge (Hybrid working - on average 3 days per week in the office), which is easily reached via the Elizabeth Line, with subsidised restaurant & Costa Coffee and free parking onsite.

In addition to a salary of between £29,750 - £35,000pa you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. This role will expose you to a variety of tasks including:
- Providing administrative support and working closely with Product Management & Product marketing teams for sales and marketing activities.
- Facilitating product/item setups and management on central database system.
- Supporting in resolving any invoicing queries (can include raising PO’s & troubleshooting).
- Working closely and supporting product marketing team with weekly admin operations.
- Supporting ensuring the product road map & competitor list updated.
- Creation of Product Administration Documents (PAD) for product launches.
- Management of the distribution list across EMEA.
- Sharing / distribution of product admin/launch documents to the key business contacts.
- Support ordering of sample shipments for countries.
- Supporting market research and data input.
- Help support completing CINC admin requests (e.g. localisation, package feedback, inbox material management).
- Supporting other ad hoc administrative works within the OPP team.
You will need
The successful candidate will have:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent PC skills and experience with formulas, using pivot table and creating different kinds of graphs in Excel.
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to work to deadlines and handling time pressure.
- A passion to learn within a marketing team.
- Higher education within a relevant discipline is desirable.
