Trustpilot is looking for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our Trust and Transparency Business Team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for helping to build and implement Trustpilot's policies and procedures to maintain a fair and trustworthy platform for all users. With a mission to provide transparency and authenticity in the online review space, we are working towards a future where all businesses can be held accountable for their actions. As a Product Manager, you will contribute to this mission by utilizing your experience in product development and project management to lead the development of systems and processes to automatically identify businesses that violate our terms of use. Our product and tech teams are based across our hubs in London, Edinburgh and Copenhagen. We are open for this role to be based for any of these locations, and working flexibly (hybrid).

What you'll be doing:

As the Product Manager for Trustpilot's Trust and Transparency Business Team, you will oversee the entire software development process, from ideation to launch, and will be responsible for setting the strategy, monitoring performance, and defining OKRs for the technology team that creates solutions to discourage business misuse on the platform.

  • Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the Trust and Transparency Business team
  • Monitor the performance of the team and ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time
  • Translate overall company objectives into clear and measurable OKRs for the team
  • Oversee the entire software development process, from ideation to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful product launch.
  • Work closely with the team of data scientists to understand the latest advancements in machine learning and ensure that the team's models are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Foster an open and collaborative culture within the team and across the organization, promoting a shared understanding of Trustpilot's mission and values.

Who you are:

  • Experience in product development and project management, with a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to define and execute on a product roadmap, and to prioritise tasks based in an impact-focused structured way.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure the success of the team's products.
  • Passion for Trustpilot's mission to provide transparency and authenticity in the online review space, and a desire to make a significant impact on the company's future.
  • Broad understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with data-driven product development.
  • Knowledge and experience of fraud management is beneficial
