About the role
Do you want to deliver something significant, at scale? As the Product Manager for Robotics Cell Development you will lead a product team with the mission of realising the hardware integration of ground breaking robotic arm products into our OSP CFC environments while ensuring that all hardware can be manufactured efficiently, and can be maintained across our global CFC portfolio.
Partnering with an engineering lead you will champion an agile hardware delivery mindset, paving the way when it comes to the focussed approach of constantly learning about and iterating on your product. You will become the go to domain expert, providing clarity of business needs to support the engineering teams in delivering high value solutions to our clients and stakeholders

About you
It would be great to hear from you if you have…
Experience in the design, development or delivery of industrial automation hardware at a range of technology readiness levels
Demonstrable experience of working in an agile environment as Product Owner/Manager
Knowledge of working with multiple functional areas, including product management, engineering, manufacturing, regulatory compliance, analytics
Excellent stakeholder management skills; including communicating technical roadmaps up to Director level
Proven ability to plan, prioritise, manage, track and deliver on commitments in a fast-paced environment
Highly skilled at building collaboratively with design and engineering peers, and shipping at scale
Experience capturing, documenting and communicating requirements to support product realisation
