About your role
The continued growth and success of JCB machine sales has resulted in an unprecedented opportunity for machine servicing and products in a highly competitive landscape. To drive our continued and future success in this area we need an experienced leader who can truly identify customer needs, understand and monitor the competitive landscape and drive the key actions for growth.
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product sales performance through analysing the market and defining customer requirements to set a roadmap that accelerates the growth of the product category. From this the manager will concisely understand our performance and market positioning and have a clear plan to secure customer loyalty and increased sales volume.
You will work closely with our Regional Sales Teams to develop market-specific offerings, lead cross-functional teams understanding the path to success through the full lifecycle of the products. This is one of the biggest aftersales opportunities we have today, can you be our leader?
About you
- Strong experience in machinery/vehicle servicing with core technical and commercial understanding of the commodity products used. (Lubricants, Fluids and Filters)
- A growth mindset with a drive to succeed.
- Analytical in your approach to identify the right market opportunities to explore and have a depth of experience in developing and delivering sales growth strategies.
- High levels of interpersonal confidence and self-awareness to lead multi-discipline teams and gain buy-in from stakeholders for your strategy, including: the wider business team, our supply chain partners, dealers and customers.
- A track record with experience in parts sales, leading change and developing product strategies that drive sales growth, customer loyalty and profit in global markets.
- Driven by achieving challenging goals and in working in cross departmental teams.
- A company ambassador with strong financial and commercial acumen, including the ability to construct, analyse and present business cases.
