Your role
Do you have in-depth knowledge of Infrastructure investment products? Have you managed fund development and reporting initiatives? We're looking for a Product Manager to:
- support the Head of Finance & Operations of direct Infrastructure business to manage strategic growth projects across both equity and debt product suite
- being a strategic partner and facilitate collaboration for operational and CFO related fund questions to internal and external stakeholders
- be involved and lead with streamlining business processes and with the periodic review of such processes with a view to identifying and implementing further efficiencies and cost reduction solutions
- handle product management with end-to-end operational product responsibilities
- manage quarterly and annual financial statements of our funds and our holding entity structures
- provide specific investor reporting & query responses
- support the calculation of funds’ & individual assets quarterly NAV / IRR and other defined statistics
- support REPM Operations Head with internal management reporting (regulatory, compliance, business updates, etc)

You'll be working in the Real Estate & Private Markets - Business Management & Operations team in London. The key areas of coverage would be the Infrastructure and UK Real Estate business streams focusing on providing operational and accounting support.

Your expertise
- ideally five years of relevant experience in product & project management, operation/accounting, management or similar role
- finance / accounting professional qualification (qualified accountant)
- project management skills
- self-motivated with detailed approach to completing tasks
- collaborative personality and strong communicator, with a strategic mind-set
- strong analytical skills; able to understand, question and challenge a range of financial data
- confidence to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external parties
- strong organizational, solution-oriented and prioritization skills
- flexible and with a proactive approach
- ability to work cross divisional with multiple stakeholders
- MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint (medium / advanced level expertise)
- fluent English with additional language as a plus in order to service our local client base (e.g. Switzerland, France, Italy)
