About the team
The Payout Team based in London are taking the lead in enhancing Worldpay from FIS’s disbursement product. With an aspirational roadmap we aim to improve the way our merchants send and receive funds globally, safely, and securely. The domain that you will join is central to building the Worldpay from FIS portfolio of routes and channels, expanding global reach and enhancing merchant experience.
What you will be doing
As a Product Manager within the London Payout Team, you will be supporting the creation of products that relate to channel creation and performance improvement. Our products are to provide top and bottom-line benefits to many of the largest eCommerce customers in the world.
- Provide the internal voice of the customer to constantly understand and communicate their needs to the wider team
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to create a execute comprehensive launch strategies
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, gather feedback externally and internally to catalogue product improvements
- Lead the creation of compelling product documentation and collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition to customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage Knowledge transfer, ensuring that stakeholders are well informed about product features, benefits and use cases to enhance product alignment and performance
What you bring:
- Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders with various requirements focusing on adding value
- Proactively gather relevant knowledge (e.g industry, product, vertical, technical and business) quickly from internal and external sources
- Building and driving the development of community skills
- Collaboration and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
- Data driven decision making to manage priorities and direct the cause
Added bonus if you have:
- Technical writing skills to create clear and concise product documentation
- Using Data and ability to interpret key metrics
- Experience in UX Design for material generation
- Experience collaborating with virtual and global distributed teams
- Multilingual Proficiency
- Project Management Experience and certifications
