Expected starting salary of £45,000 plus benefits, car allowance / company car

The role
Applications are welcomed for the role of Product Manager to join a professional, dynamic, and forward-thinking product team.
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the operational delivery, budget management, performance and promotion of all products throughout their lifecycle within a specific area of expertise. This expertise may be applied to any product within CITB’s portfolio. The role holder will use their experience to support the development of new products and improvement of existing products, to ensure they meet the requirements of CITB’s strategic objectives and the needs of the industry.
Key activities
You will be responsible for the below:
Leading a high performing product team
Developing robust product plans aligned to CITB’s strategic priorities
Implementing developments and improvements for both new and existing products
Monitor, analyse and report on product performance
Forecasting budget and agreeing KPI measures
Improving operational delivery of the product
Product promotion, awareness, and training
Manging relationship with internal and external customers
About you
Key attributes for this role are:
- Experienced people manager, leading high performance teams
- Familiar with product management techniques and product lifecycles
- Ability to manage and forecast a product budget
- Highly developed written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience in managing customer and other stakeholder relationships
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills at a senior level
- Resource management
