Using analytics to understand the customer journey and come up with initiatives to improve sales.
A profound understanding on Shopify platform and should be able to upload products to our Shopify stores and updating the titles and descriptions on the existing products.
Working alongside the digital team to adapt the marketing plan and making to deliver on targets and grow sales in our key regions.
Forecast sales and orders along with the Operations team and report on achievement to support warehouse operations.
Defining and guiding long term product strategy. A successful track record of shipping products at scale.
Communicate with the wider marketing on sales performance and channel performance to help optimizing performance and budget efficiency.
Work alongside warehouse team to understand our inventory position and adjust all marketing channels accordingly.
Create, implement and report on A/B & MVT tests alongside the web team.
Use Shopify to update the relevant collection pages and tag products accordingly.
Create and plan mail shots, newsletters according to the marketing plan and objectives.
Collaborate with the wider business to understand their data needs and develop relevant solutions.
Develop a better understanding of our audience through customer insights.
Review and implement tags where needed via GTM (Google Tag Manager).
