Product Loading Administrator - Sports

Due to some exciting growth we are now looking for a Product Loading Administrator - Sports to work alongside our Senior Product Manger to verify, load & manage products on the online booking system - BEST.
This is a varied, hands on role and on a typical day you will;
- Working alongside the product, operations & sales teams to ensure product is loaded & managed on the online booking system - BEST.
- Review & sense check all product before upload to BEST
- Review content issued by product managers
- Inventory management
- Ensure best practice is achieved in all processes
- Be proactive with potential improvements on BEST
- Liaise with system developers to report any faults & bugs in various systems via Jira
- Communicate any delays to the relevant team members & departments
- Working with the marketing team regarding any content required for campaigns
- Assisting the operations team with delivery of product by ensuring any required reports are available
