We have a great opportunity for someone with a good working knowledge of ArcGIS products to join us as a Software Product Engineer. Working in our supportive ArcGIS Localisation team, you will be delivering products and services to support our customers in their use of the ArcGIS system.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Software Product Engineer will be to:
- Grow your understanding of the product capabilities, deployment,and configuration so you become the expert for your nominated products, engaged in all aspects of their release contributing to the products success.
- Ensure product quality, via test plans, automated and manual testing.
- Provide Second line support.
- Support the release of new product versions including authoring product help.
- Support the sales and marketing of products (creating online content)
This would be a great career move if you:
- Have good knowledge of and can use ArcGIS products.
- Are passionate about data and the Living Atlas
- Pay attention to detail and are a good communicator.
- Are educated to degree level in GIS, Computer Science or similar or have equivalent experience.
- All our positions require employees to undergo a basic security clearance if appointed.
The location: UK based. We are flexible you can work from our Aylesbury, Edinburgh, Cambridge offices, home or a mixture of both. All employees are required to attend some meetings and events in person.
