  • Work closely with cross-functional teammates to convey the strategic vision and goals for the product portfolio
  • Regularly share product feedback with global teams to ensure real-time inputs are provided at every stage of product development from P-builds to MP
  • Lead "Holiday Morning" team reviews at each build, and capture clear notes, photos, and actions of each product issue.
  • Partner with PMO, Engineering, and global PD to ensure the issue tracker is "burned down" from build to build.
  • Develop and actively participate in JIRA ticket development and closing out issues.
  • Develop and execute hands-on and virtual validation plans at each build, within the support markets, using the proven SN methodologies that gain internal confidence, for all touchpoints, collateral, and Out of Box Experience enabling qualitative and quantitative feedback from Europe to gain internal confidence and support product readiness
  • Manage the creation and execution of product support material, such as, in-box collateral, FAQs, How-To Videos, and Troubleshooting scripts for online resources and the Customer Excellence team
  • Manage the product development inputs for PARF, PIS, Salsify and maintain data integrity throughout the product development cycle
  • Work cross-functionally to help the team meet cost targets, and have an understanding of levers needed to impact margin
  • Provide clear cost direction to Supply Chain and Engineering on potential product trade-offs to ensure cost and margin targets are met
  • Have an understanding of overall category cost and margin targets to provide support to leadership in executing the budget
  • Efficiently document program details, and keep an organized system for a smooth transition 90 days post-MP to COE team
