Job description
Digital Product Designer (UX/UI) with experience of working on complex B2B products (Data Analytics Software, powered by AI & Machine Learning), is being sought out by a world leading global technology company driving energy innovation and decarbonisation.
As a seasoned Product Designer, you will be working within the UX team, leading the end-to-end product design process (Discovery to Delivery); Understanding & translating the user’s needs into UX outcomes, problem solving, solutionizing and then bringing them to life with the designers and developers.
The role is paying £65k - £80k with extensive benefits and will require you to be on site
2 days/week in Oxfordshire – Relocation package and assistance also offered.
As the UX/UI Product Designer you will have:
- Proven end to end experience working as a Product Designer including User Research, UX/UI
- Experience of working as a Product Designer in a complex enterprise-wide environment
- Worked on enterprise-level B2B applications
- Worked on complex applications (AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics is advantageous)
- Solid stakeholder management skills ; communication and presentation
- Lead research in understanding the users and their needs
- Reviewed requirements and translated these into solutions; compelling design concepts
- Experience of testing designs with the users as part of the end-to-end process
- Worked in an agile environment
- Have problem-solving skills, using your initiative and pragmatic approach in driving solutions.
