About the role
Due to continuous growth, we are now looking for a contract Product Designer to join our close-knit Product and Design Team.
As a Product Designer, you will be working closely with our clients and Chief Growth Officer to scope out and deliver workflows and features for our Agency Management product by creating intuitive and visually compelling concepts for complex problems which carefully balance user needs with business objectives.
This is a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Validate concepts early and often via usability testing at appropriate levels of fidelity
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
Create design specifications and work with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Plan and manage sprints with the engineering team to ensure delivery adheres to strict deadlines
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate progress to the wider business
Requirements
Proven experience in product design – with strong experience in both UX and UI
Experience in effectively planning and facilitating usability tests to validate design direction and remove biases from your work
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally and managing the delivery of projects within an agile environment, in a timely manner
Experience working with engineers to plan and facilitate sprint planning and delivery of projects
Nice to have
A product owner or product management experience
Advanced prototyping skills
Experience in healthcare and/or B2B experience

Salary: up to £500 a day
