We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Data Assistant to join our team based in Slough. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum.

About the Product Data Assistant role:
As part of the Digital Trading & Product Team, within the Multi-channel department, the Product Data Team are responsible for creating and maintain product codes and related information held on various databases. Promotion changes in our ERP system in a timely and accurate manner and providing support for all stores and eCommerce in all product related matters.
Key Responsibilities of our Product Data Assistant:
- Management of Price files with the ERP system
- Ongoing maintenance including price changes and promotional offers
- Investigation and resolution of invoice pricing queries, liaising with RBT/suppliers where applicable?
- Supporting stores and online sales team by phone and email for all product related matters, including availability, coding and pricing queries
- Management of ‘business wide’ voucher codes
- Management of promotion ‘switches’ including promotional offers
As our Product Data Assistant, you will assist the wider team with;
- Creation of new product ranges across all product categories ensuring correct detail application of all attributes, delivery, guardsman, category etc
- Creation of new price ticket data, for store ticket distribution, in time with promotional launch
- Categorisation of stock and creation of clearance tickets for discontinued ranges
- Clearance O and E stock management, and assistance in G stock management
