Position:

Do you have extensive Product Assurance & Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a technical Product Assurance Quality Engineer to provide guidance and expertise within production and manufacturing teams across the company. You will be responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance policies, plans and quality procedures and operational procedures to ensure compliance with appropriate quality and business standards.


Requirements:

To be successful in you'll need:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in QA/PA roles in a manufacturing environment (any aerospace, automtove or nuclear experience an advantage)
  • Technically competent with an engineering/manufacturing degree level qualification
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and process validation and control in an engineering and or physical metallurgy/high temperature materials environment.
  • Knowledge of material standards, specifications and brazing and welding certification.
  • Experience using inspection and NDT methods for qualification.
  • Experience with Validating and verifying process
  • Auditing qualifications for the audit of manufacturing and validation of processes.

Salary: £43,000 to £55,000 depending on experience


Working hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

Flexible working arrangements will be considered
