Product Assistant

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Product Assistant with ideally some experience working in an analyst or product environment.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…
Maintain and update product catalogue, ensuring accuracy of all data
Liaise with teams around the business to ensure product specifications are available to meet the needs of systems and users.
Help to understand and report on the wider market.
Work with the business intelligence team to identify important product trends.
Provide general product admin/analysis support to the commercial team.
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
Ideally you will have experience from or interest in Telecoms / Internet / IT industries
Methodical, diligent, and detailed approach to work
Strong communication skills - confiedent speaking with stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft applications, find learning I.T. systems second nature
Customer (internal and external) focused
Ability to work to deadlines
