Responsibilities and Requirements
We have a brand new opening for a Senior Producer to join Billion Dollar Boy on an FTC basis.
This role is to lead the production on a variety of projects over the coming months. These projects span a number of mediums including digital and social content (videos, stills, filters etc.), experiential, printed materials and gifting. You’ll be required to identify and working with our internal design team, specialist partners, suppliers and independent creators) on a project-by-project basis to bring each of the ideas to life.
You will manage the entire production process from idea feasibility & scoping through to full execution & delivery, working closely with the creatives, account team, studio, suppliers and client
Have a strong understanding of production techniques and their associated costs; keeping up to date with the latest developments
Source suppliers to work on projects; directors, production companies, treatments, editors, studios, animators, locations, materials etc.
Build strong third party relationships and contacts
Present production options and treatments to clients, explaining relevant details and considerations as well as breakdowns of budgets
Manage usage, contracts, risk assessments, legal approvals, fees and keep track of any changes to scope of work amending estimates accordingly
Lead the development of production costs and estimates working closely with finance to ensure appropriate administration and resource is in place
Ensure creative is executed in accordance with the relevant technical and legal requirements and that timings are met
Skills & Attributes
Experience producing complex projects independently across all media from video production to print and gifting
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to communicate and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
Detailed understanding of legal and regulatory codes that have an impact on feasibility of creative output
Sufficient knowledge to be able to provide ballpark production estimates and timings when reviewing creative ideas
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills to balance priorities across budget, timings and quality of creative output
Used to taking initiative, working autonomously and constantly looking for ways to improve creative output
