Would you like to be accountable and take ownership of being an outstanding Producer for our Creative Play Lab!?
Bring your outstanding Producer skills into the amazing LEGO team, in order to own the most creative projects striving to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow!
Core Responsibilities
Establish and manage global vendors for onsite, nearshore, and offshore activities
Assess and build organisation capabilities in collaboration with Capability Heads by identifying needs and establishing scalable structures through partners, freelancers, machinery, projects, and courses/ initiatives
Lead Student Workers and Interns; handle recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding activities
Prepare and handle Vendor/ Freelancer/ Partner On-boarding and SOWs (Statement of Work), Purchase Orders, Invoices and other relevant processes
Work cross-functionally with procurement to continuously improve our vendor network to meet future demands and identity
Consolidate and facilitate vendor utilisation across capability areas
Ensure accurate cost allocation and adherence to financial governance principles for all outsourced effort
Increase efficiency and build time for the team to have space to innovate and find great play by continuously seeking and implementing process improvements, opportunities for automation and simplicity.
Be a gate keeper of compliance with relevant laws and policies

Creative Play Lab exists to delight and inspire the builders of tomorrow with new and fun LEGO experiences. This producer is the back-end support for the Play Discovery team in London for them to free up more time to find more new play!
Do you have what it takes?
Experience of leading complex projects and teams in a agile way
Demonstrated Producer skills with senior project management toolbox and approach
Experienced user of tools (we use Jira, Monday.com, Workday, Coupa)
High energy level to get stuff done, even when there is a lot of it.
Good process understanding towards procurement and people
Follow through and therefore also good at transparency and prioritisation (together with people leader or head of Play Discovery)
Structured by nature, but flexible enough to have a close and good collaboration with the creatives and senior leaders
Strong people leadership skills
Thrives best in team consolations, but do realise and respect the individual contribution is a must
Takes initiative and acts on opportunities
Grounded as a person, resilient and thrives in ambiguity
