As a Producer you will play a pivotal role in taking the agreed creative idea and bringing it to life delivering the required outcome for various channels including digital, TVC and print media. You will possess strong photography and video knowledge and be confident combining big ideas and creative problem solving. The Producer is aware of emerging and current internal and external talent to engage the best teams for each projec. You will manage pre-production with internal teams and stakeholders securing budget, production schedules and any outside suppliers prior to shoot. You will be confident working managing crew on set plus on location and overseeing projects in the studio. Ensuring that all production elements connect seamlessly in the project lifecycle and are complete, on budget, on time and on brand. You will work collaboratively to deliver the production from beginning to end and ensure the effective delivery of world class commercial productions.

Key Areas of Responsibility – Producer (Mid)
- You will report into the Head of Projects, working alongside Project Managers as well as the Studio Departments.
- As a Producer, you will be responsible for bringing any creative ideas to life, on time, on budget with personality and flair.
- Providing accurate up front project preparation for the internal brands to buy into, followed by regular production meetings to maintain information flow, monitor projects' progress, and set milestones.
- Day to day communication with the HoD's and workflow managers to ensure that the correct resources are allocated to current and future projects to ensure smooth running of the production team.
- Responsibility for cost estimation across projects, cost control and reconciliation.
- Awareness of rules surrounding usage fees, talent, contracts and shooting abroad.
- Health and Safety is at the forefront and priority for cast and crew. Full risk assessments are completed before shooting, seeking approval with management prior to shooting.
- You will own the day-to-day communication on key projects and assisting the Studio Production Service Team in maintaining and growing successful internal and external relationships.
- You will be responsible to ensure Call Sheets, Run of Schedules, and PPMs are in place.
- Be an advocate for the JD Studio Team, acting as internal and 3rd party ambassador, able to proactively extol the unique skills of the internal team.
- Support and Mentor Junior members of the team.
- Focused on personal and professional development.
- Employ a methodical approach to archive management and file organisation.
- Willing to travel overseas for productions.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- Proven experience within a similar role.
- Must be organised and able to manage workloads.
- Excellent communicator.
- Maintain a strong and broad knowledge of fashion content trends.
- Able to work accurately, effectively, and quickly turn work around whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
- Able to react to retail in an ever-changing environment.
- Must be self-motivated and pro-active.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the production process.
- Desire to develop deep understanding of the nuances associated with individual creative disciplines.
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members.
- Must be passionate for creative and have an interest in retail.
- Desire to develop and gain a greater understanding of the business.
- Appetite to move creative forward and create exciting, on brand campaigns.
